DEFINITION OF PRIVACY POLICY
This text deals with the definitions, purpose and scope of application of the Privacy Policy of the company “Skymedia”. In the following text, “we” refers to SKYMEDIA GROUP D.O.O. based in Belgrade, ID number 20115556, PIB: 104205095.
“User” or “You” refers to natural persons using the Internet Sites.
“ZZPL” means the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
“Commissioner” refers to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
“Personal data” is information related to an identified natural person, such as name, surname, social security number, location, IP address, etc.
“Processing of personal data” includes all actions performed with personal data, including collection, recording, storage, use, dissemination and deletion.
“Profiling” is automated data processing used to analyze personality traits.
“Controller” is the person who determines the purpose and method of personal data processing.
“Processor” is a person or entity that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
Skymedia’s privacy policy deals with the protection of personal data and provides information on the manner and extent of processing of such data, the purpose of processing, the time period of data storage and the rights of users in relation to the processing of personal data.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to define the scope and legal basis for the processing of personal data of users of Internet sites, as well as the adoption of measures to protect that data. Skymedia collects user personal data during website activity and page views. The processing of personal data may also be connected with other activities related to the use of websites and related services.
